One-shot deal: Mischa’s recently starred on the first season of The Hills: New Beginnings, but she won’t be back for season two after producers thought she was ‘too boring,’ TMZ reported; shown in June 2019
Mischa’s most recent project was starring on the first season of The Hills: New Beginnings, a continuation of the original MTV reality series The Hills.
Though she wasn’t a returning cast member, Mischa is inextricably associated with Orange County and the Greater Los Angeles area thanks to her starring role on the first three seasons of The O.C.
However, her stint on the revived reality show was short-lived, as she was the only cast member who won’t be returning for the second season.
TMZ reported at the time that it was because she was considered ‘too boring’ by the show’s producers.
Instead, Caroline D’Amore will replace her in the second season, while former leads Lauren Conrad and Kristin Cavallari will make cameo appearances after sitting out the first season.
You can watch The O.C. on in Australia.
